The Signature Series MK-I is a statement piece that defines the direction of the brand. Built around the MK-I blade profile, this knife is designed to bridge the gap between fully bespoke work and more accessible production pieces—without compromising on materials, performance, or finish. This knife is designed to be a work horse, used by everyone.
The blade is crafted from 80CRV2 carbon steel, chosen for its excellent edge retention, toughness, and ease of sharpening. Taking influence from Japanese blade profiles, the edge is notably flat, promoting clean, controlled cuts and excellent board contact. At 195mm long with a generous 58mm heel height that tapers to an extreme, fine point, the blade offers impressive accuracy for intricate work while giving the knife a bold, aggressive appearance.
The handle is formed from stabilised Turkish walnut, shaped to a clean 20×20mm profile and finished at 150mm long. It's unique shape is my take on the traditional japanese WA style handle. With faceted edge at the top and a round belly, it sits beautifully in the hand while also giving a striking aesthetic. Natural grain, subtle figuring, and a refined silhouette give each knife a distinct character while maintaining consistency across the series.
This knife is a showpiece—refined, purposeful, and built to be used.
The knife will come packaged with a branded saya, wrapped in linen, boxed in a branded cardboard box and shipped using 24 hour age verification.

I saw this knife on instagram it looked amazing so bought it , it arrived Saturday morning . Very nice presentation looks even better in person . Really nice blade and a cool handle with dinosaur bone in it , was even told what type of dinosaur . Super sharp and cuts really well. Would highly recommend great service and even better product
