Handmade Products

All of our knives are handmade in small batches. As a result, slight variations in finish, colour, grind, or materials may occur and are considered a normal and expected part of the making process. These variations do not constitute defects.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the nature of handmade work and understand that our products will differ from mass-produced items.

Returns Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return window for eligible items. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • It must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or made-to-order knives

  • Personalised items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Please ensure you are happy with specifications before placing a custom order.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at handfab.enquiries@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photographs so we can assess the issue and make it right.

International Returns

Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs documentation required.
International return shipping times may vary and can take longer than expected.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.

Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

In accordance with consumer protection regulations, UK and EU customers have the right to cancel eligible orders within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided the item is unused and not custom-made.
