About Us

All knives sold on this website are handcrafted kitchen knives intended for lawful domestic and professional culinary use only. They are not designed, marketed, or sold as weapons.


Ordering & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to concerns regarding age verification, legality, or misuse.

  • Pre-order items will be clearly marked as such, and estimated lead times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.


Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be made in full before an order is processed or dispatched.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.


Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders will be dispatched using appropriate delivery services.

  • Where applicable, age-verified delivery services may be used.

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring knives are legal to import and possess in their destination country. We are not liable for items delayed, seized, or returned by customs.


International Orders

For orders outside the UK, the buyer is responsible for understanding and complying with local laws and regulations regarding knife ownership and importation. We accept no liability for international shipments that are refused, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities.


Returns & Cancellations

  • Custom or made-to-order knives are non-refundable, unless faulty.

  • Stock items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused and in original condition.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.


Product Care & Use

Knives are sharp tools and must be used responsibly. By purchasing, you acknowledge that improper use, modification, or failure to follow reasonable care instructions may result in injury or damage. We accept no liability for misuse or negligent handling.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or misuse of any product sold through this website.

All designs, images, text, and branding remain the intellectual property of the maker and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
