Orders outside the UK are shipped using a tracked service with age verification, where available.
International delivery times will be longer than UK orders and can vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local courier services.

For customers in countries such as the USA, Canada, Dubai (UAE), and the rest of the world, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Customs, Import Duties & Local Laws

When ordering from outside the UK, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the purchase, importation, and possession of knives is legal in their country, state, or region.

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by customs inspections

• Import duties, taxes, or fees

• Items seized, refused, or destroyed by customs or border authorities

In such cases, refunds or replacements will not be issued.

Order Processing Time

All knives are made, finished, packed, and shipped by hand by a single maker.
While many orders ship sooner, please allow up to 1 week for orders to be dispatched during busy periods.

For custom or made-to-order knives, an appropriate lead time will be discussed and agreed at the time of ordering.
Lead times may vary depending on design complexity, materials, and current workload.
