Items held in stock are dispatched within one to two working days.

Made-to-order and bespoke knives are made after you order, so they take longer. The lead time is confirmed on the product page before you buy and currently runs between one and four weeks, depending on the piece and the current workload.

All UK orders are sent using a 24-hour tracked service with age verification. In line with UK law, delivery requires confirmation that the recipient is 18 years of age or older, and a valid form of ID may be required on delivery.

Orders outside the UK are sent using a tracked service with age verification, where available. International delivery times are longer than UK orders and vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local courier services.

For customers in countries such as the USA, Canada, the UAE, and the rest of the world, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

When ordering from outside the UK, you are responsible for ensuring that the purchase, importation, and possession of knives is legal in your country, state, or region.

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by customs inspections
• Import duties, taxes, or fees
• Items seized, refused, or destroyed by customs or border authorities

In these cases, refunds or replacements cannot be issued.

Made-to-order knives carry the lead time shown on their product page, currently between one and four weeks.

For fully bespoke commissions, the lead time is agreed with you before any work begins and varies with the design, the materials and the current workload. Nothing is charged until the detail and the timing are settled.

Once an order has been dispatched and tracking information provided, responsibility for the delivery lies with the courier service. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.
