The Provenance Collection is a set of five kitchen knives inspired by origin and material heritage, bringing together timbers from across the globe. Each knife represents a different region — Europe, Asia, North America, Africa, and Oceania — expressed through carefully selected handle woods that honour the character and tradition of their source.
Each blade is made from 80CRV2 carbon steel, chosen for its ability to hold a very fine edge. With a 200 mm blade length and a confident 60 mm height at the heel, these knives offer outstanding control, stability, and versatility for everyday cooking as well as more demanding prep work.
While unified by blade profile and performance, each piece carries its own identity through the natural tone, grain and texture of its timber. Provenance is about connection — to place, to craft, and to the materials that shape the final piece.
The knife will come packaged with a branded saya, wrapped in linen, boxed in a branded cardboard box and shipped using 24 hour age verification.

I saw this knife on instagram it looked amazing so bought it , it arrived Saturday morning . Very nice presentation looks even better in person . Really nice blade and a cool handle with dinosaur bone in it , was even told what type of dinosaur . Super sharp and cuts really well. Would highly recommend great service and even better product

A very proud owner of the carbon steel with Turkish walnut handle knife and it’s completely replaced all of my old kitchen knifes, such amazing quality and you can tell each piece has so much love put into it.
