The Sweet Tooth collection is a set of five kitchen knives inspired by classic traditional sweets, blending nostalgia with modern craftsmanship. Each knife takes its name and character from a familiar flavour — Blackcurrant & Liquorice, Honeycomb, Cola Cube, Soor Ploom, and Rhubarb & Custard — expressed through distinctive handle finishes and subtle design details.
Each blade is made from 26C3 carbon steel, chosen for its ability to hold a very fine edge. With a 200 mm blade length and a confident 60mm height at the heel, these knives offer outstanding control, stability, and versatility for everyday cooking as well as more demanding prep work.
Designed as a cohesive set yet striking as individual pieces, Sweet Tooth is where playful inspiration meets serious performance.
The knife will come packaged with a branded saya, wrapped in linen, boxed in a branded cardboard box and shipped using 24 hour age verification.

The knife is beutiful to look at, the patena on the blade has developed fantasticly, and fits amazingly with the handel. When using the knife it fits really well in my hand, and I feel like it extends my arm and is so easy to use. I have been using it for a few weeks and I am yet to cut off my finger, and have made some grate food with it.
All in all I am very happy with it! Overall 10/10 experance!
I simply love this knife. Function meets art!! The handle feels comfortable and offers great control. Ebony with Mammoth Tusk. Just beautiful!! The blade is razor sharp and a joy to use. Jamies work on the three colour fade and finish on the edge is a work of art!!
